Failed exports and retries

Retry the same work and output settings with the same action for 24 hours without another credit. Changing either uses one new credit.

A failed or canceled local render does not automatically restore a credit. If the same export and its retry both fail, email support@typinggif.com with your order or action reference. Used credits are restored only after support confirms the unsuccessful export and failed retry.

Unused credits: a refund on request within 7 days

Within 7 days of purchase, unused credits are eligible for a full refund. Used credits are restored only after support confirms an unsuccessful export and a failed retry of the same descriptor. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

For a partly used pack, the refund covers unused credits at the price paid per credit. Email support@typinggif.com from your wallet email address with the order number from your receipt. Used credits are otherwise not refundable.

Statutory withdrawal rights and the consent recorded at checkout remain applicable.

How refunds are paid

Stripe processes payments and refunds. An approved refund returns to the original payment method. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Problems with an export

Contact support@typinggif.com with your order or action reference and a description of what failed. Your text and finished files stay on your device; share them with support only if you choose to. Keep the same text and output settings when retrying an export.

Subscription refunds

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase.
